5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Embedded Software development of Micro-controller based instrumentation equipments preferably in Level, Flow & Pressure sensor transmitter’s firmware.

Embedded development in Embedded C for various Micro-controllers like MSP430, AVR, ARM, STM series micro-controller using IDEs MPLAB, CCS, KEIL, HITECH, STMcube etc..

Exposure to IOT development using LoRa, Ethernet, BLE, Wi-Fi, POE intertfaces & LoRaWAN, MQTT, TCP, UDP etc. Protocols.

Sourcing & Procurement –

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for electronics components and devices. Negotiation with supplier. Develop and maintain relationship with key suppliers for stable and cost-effective supply chain. Monitor market trends and industry development to control procurement decisions.

Import Compliance –

Ensure compliance with import and custom requirement for electronics products.  Work closely with custom brokers.  Stay updated on changes in import / export policies to minimize risks and ensure compliance.

Supply Chain Management –

Co-ordination with Logistics, manufacturing and quality control to optimize overall supply chain.  Implement inventory management strategies to maintain adequate stock and reduce excess inventory.  Addressing supply chain disruptions / delays, maintain up to date records of procurement activities, contracts and import / export documentation, preparation of reports / documentation for audit and management reviews. Effective Communication with internal stake holders. Management information for import status, issues and potential risks.

Cost Management –

Develop and implementation of cost saving strategies without compromising product and service quality. Analyze pricing trends, conduct cost benefit analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

Hands on 5-8 years proven experience in Electronic procurement, import / export, supply chain management and cost management.  Must have knowledge in electronics industry trends, products and international trade laws. Strong communication, intern personal and negotiation skills. Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to optimize procurement process and cost.  

Analog Circuit design, sensor design and hardware development of Microcontroller based Instrumentation / Equipments (preferably in Ultrasonic Flow Meter).  Will be responsible for sensor & analog front end design and integration with Microprocessor based hardware.  Design of Signal processing requirement and Algos. Hands on experience in Analog & Digital hardware design, Signal processing requirement design, Prototyping, performance, reliability & type testing, EMI-EMC complaint design & verification.

Analog / digital Hardware Schematic design, PCB design as per IPC standards. PCB Prototyping, Assembly & testing, Circuit simulation with PSPICE, documentation. 

3 to 6 years hands on experience in PCB design with Altium & Power PCB. EMI-EMC handling. Hardware design,

Knowledge of AutoCAD / Draft sight for PCB Mechanical design, PCB Assembly, Testing and Trouble shooting.

Desired profile of the candidate -

Experience in Techno-commercial and sales of Instrumentation required for projects & process industry i.e. Level, Flow, Temperature, Pressure Transmitters and switches. Will be required to generate enquiries, working out technical solutions and liaise with customers to achieve set targets. Deep understanding of current water segment market & EPC contacts. Must have good communication skill with sound knowledge of Ms-office & internet browsing. Local candidates having own two wheeler will be preferred.
